Have you ever wonder how top producers get many people to follow them? There are a variety of ways on getting people to follow you as long as you bring the magic word which is VALUE. Let’s look at some ways to where you can bring value.
When it comes to people we have to realize that we’re all selfish. Some in good ways while others in not so good ways. But the point of the matter is that we want to cater to the needs of people in our niche.
If you really want more people to follow you, you want to be able to convey solutions to their problems. You want them to be able to get their wheels turning and give them the aha moments of those problems that they have been pondering for a while.
Out of all of the people in your niche, there is a reason why you follow them. There is a reason why people follow Ann Sieg, Ray Higdon, David Wood, Cedric Harris, and the list goes on and on.
The one thing these leaders know how to do well is promote their message and they’re confident about it. Let’s take a leader like Ray Higdon; He is constantly promoting his message in some form everyday. Whether it be through blogging or videos, he always promoting something of value. And at the same time he can sell almost anything he puts out.
The key is finding a way to expose your message to the masses. As long as they can learn and get value from y our message, then you will start getting more followers.
If y ou want to take your message to the next level, there has to be interaction between you and others. Simple right? Well most people do not interact as often as they should, I believe. I’m guilty of it, but been doing it more often and have been getting great feedback and results.
Now I’m not just talking about liking someone’s comment or quote on facebook. I’m talking about actually starting a great conversation on that specific topic. Even getting to the point to where you have a phone conversation or even meeting in person or going out for lunch.
The fact of the matter is that you’re showing a keen interest in others. You show that you appreciate their presence, the value that they give, and how open you are to whatever they have to say. This says a lot about your character.
This is a powerful way to get followers. When you have a webinar on a subject that people are always all ears for, then you will definitely get a following. The big topics in the home business industry are getting traffic, leads and sales. If you can show another way or just an easier way to make this happen, then that’s when the fan club begins.
This is great for your team. It shows that you care about your teams success and how much of a great leader you are. People want direction and someone to help keep them on the path despite the all of the obstacles they encounter.
This is a great way to get even more personal with your team, or anyone each member of your team brought to see the opportunity. The advantage of having more face to face meetings is that you can see the reaction of their faces when you or somewhere else presents something. You can get a better feel for people which will make it less challenging to be more helpful to them.
This is a strategy that I use a lot. I keep my email list up to date on offers, but more importantly I’m always sharing value. Using email makes it very convenient for you if you have a list of people that are in different cities, states, countries or continents. You want to grow your list and eventually you’ll start making sales. Like they say, the money is in the list.
This is a great way to brand yourself well. People like to do business with people, not with companies as the cliché goes. This is a great way for people to get to know you through your writing. The great thing about blogging is that you don’t have to be a professional writer with perfect grammar. People want to know who you are and what value are they going to get from you.
Doing videos is a great way to get more personal. This is a chance for your viewers to see your facial expressions and how you react to certain topics. When you’re able to transfer the feelings and emotions you express to your viewers, not only is a connection made but a respect is built. Once you build that respect, you’ll have more people following you and they will be more responsive.
