Have you ever wonder how people are getting a responsive audience from the blogs, videos, or whatever medium they use? This is something that baffled me for a while but then I figured out what I needed to do to get a more responsive audience. This is what I did in order to this….
Many of you have blogs, videos, and written articles but yet you lack the response to them that you like to have. As of matter of fact, some of your writing skills are way up to par and promote your articles quite well, but yet the number of comments don’t speak for it.
Have you ever wonder why some people that may have poor writing skills but yet have a long list of comments?
How about through email marketing? Some people have the blandest emails but yet their list actually write them back.
So what’s really going on with them?
I’ve notice that with top producers just on social media, they can promote the post as if that one post was only for you. It feels that ad or flier that they have is geared towards what you’re struggling with.
It’s almost as if it’s hypnotic…
So how can you be as hypnotic and have a responsive audience? Let’s find out…
Here’s the scenerio: Let’s say that you have a good friend in need. They have a problem that they have been struggling for a while and they’ve been looking for answers. How would you approach the situation?
Nobody really can’t relate to a “perfect” goody two shoes. As humans we make mistakes and in this business, we fail to success. At least those that persist. A lot of us have to go through this uphill battle in order to achieve our goals, fighting obstacle after obstacle. So be on the same level as your audience.
People Love Stories
You don’t have to be the greatest storyteller ever, but if you’re in the home business industry, then you more than likely have some stories that you’re audience can relate to. Your audience want to hear about the stories of failures, persistence, obstacles, times you felt like giving up, and the solutions you came up with.
Find Your Audience
You don’t want to just talk to anybody, but you want to figure out who would be interested in what you have to say. If you’re in health and wellness, you want to promote to people in that industry, if you’re in finance, you want to promote to people in that industry, if you’re into personal development, you want to promote to people in that industry.
Just focusing on a specific group of people will take you a long way. You’re business will reach a tipping point because of the support that you will get.
Have Common Conversation
How do you talk to your friends? Is it more robotic or more relaxed? This would be geared towards more to email marketing, but you want to have a normal, everyday common conversation with your audience. Your audience would be more responsive to someone that’s more open to you rather than “proper”.
Bring Up The Problems
When it comes to talking about problems, you want to be empathetic rather than sympathetic. This is something I learned doing phone support. What’s the difference? When you’re sympathetic you feel the pain and issues your audience is going through, but it stops right there. If you’re empathetic you understand what your audience is going through and you move the audience forward by providing solutions.
Bring Up The Dreams And Lifestyles
There’s one thing that you’re audience love to bring up is the reason why they’re doing the things they do. It’s the feeling that your audience want to fulfill first, then the dreams and lifestyle that they want to bring into reality.
You’re audience want to feel good about themselves without the stress and being worried. They may want to feel more like a husband, mother, man or woman and when you recognize this and put this out there, you’re audience is becomes more responsive.
Then you want to give them the confidence that the avenue they took was a wise decision. From that decision you can talk about the results that can happen with the avenue they took. Everyone has different dreams and lifestyles and recognizing this also will give them hope to persist no matter what obstacles get in their way.
