As a home business owner you’re bound to run into negative people. If you’re lucky, you’ll have a supportive family that will help you get through the tough times. But besides that, what if you don’t? Let’s see why it’s important to overcome the negative critics.
If you’re really serious and passionate about something, you become very irritated with interruptions. You become so engulfed within it, that you become oblivious of what’s around you.
Those of us that really have that laser target focus build a lot of moment to attract the results that we want. We galvanize the process with our passion that will soon lead us into fortune.
We’re almost like a bulldozing, demolishing anything that comes our way just to finish the project. Sometimes it really intimidates a lot of people, specifically your negative critics.
The majority of people in the network marketing industry have a lot of fear of running into a lot of negative people. It’s almost as if they allow the negativity control their actions. But I do admit, I was in this category and it took some time for me to get out.
But here’s the thing that I finally understood. If I stayed focused on negative people, then I’m not progressing. This is a big reason why more home business owners stay stuck in a “rut”. Their business does not grow because they’re too worried about what their negative critics have to say.
It’s amazing how a lot of people are in business for over 5 years and haven’t made any progress. They keep the image of someone telling them why they’re not going to make in their industry and that they might as well give up.
But what if you can become that bulldozer that can push all of those negative people out of your way?
What if you can turn the fear around and put it back on them?
What if you can pique interest among them because you’re so busy and focused at what you’re doing?
The one thing that I believe in is doing what you really like to do in order to get the results that you want. Most of us are told to do the things we hate doing in order to get the results that we want.
How motivational is that?
If you don’t have a strong why, then more than likely you’re not going to stay motivated.
The one mistake I believe any upline can make for their team is tell them that the only way you’re going to grow their business is doing something you really hate doing.
So why not point your downline to something they can really get passionate about?
Even to the point where they don’t want to be bothered because they’re so focused on the process.
Do you think this will make a big difference?
As long as I have been in the home business industry, I seen a big difference between those that do things that they hate to grow their business, as oppose to those that do the opposite. It’s like night and day.
Even if negative critics keep ringing negative statements, questions, and theirs in people’s ear, they just tend to keep on trucking with the process.
So in order to overcome your negative critics, you may want to ask yourself, what income producing activities do you really like doing in order to grow your home business?
