To some degree we all have a rebellious characteristic that is a part of us.

Although there are rules and regulations, we tend to not want to follow all of them. Maybe it’s because we feel too limited, maybe because we find some of them ridiculous, or maybe we find that they take up a lot of our time and we want to cut corners.

Whatever our reasons are, we can honestly say that we all broke a rule here and there to get what we want since we were children.

WE’RE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR WAYS TO GET BY OR BY GETTING “THE HOOKUP”

The problem is that if we don’t have rules, civilization as we know it will crumble and fall. Can you imagine being in a lawless land where everyone has the EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF mentality? We wouldn’t get anywhere!!!

In the previous post The B-I Triangle: Leader and Product I left off with how knowing the rules can make a difference between your SUCCESS and your FAILURE in your company.

This is why having some type of LEGAL SUPPORT and getting an understand of the rules and regulations and their exceptions are important for you as an entrepreneur.

In two previous posts entitled 3 Things You Probably Didn’t Know About Your Taxes…” and Do You Want To Be Wealthy? Learn This Rule… I talked about and listed some of the tax benefits you have as a home business owner.

It’s sad how a lot of people get involved in the network marketing industry, but yet are not in “The Know” of the tax privileges they have. Especially if they work with a CPA that doesn’t specialize in HOME BUSINESS TAX LAW.

This is why Robert Kiyosaki recommends that we all have some type of legal support.

I know, I know, a lot of us network marketers can not afford having a lawyer like the filthy rich. Most of us can’t afford calling a lawyer whenever we feel like it to get some good business advice. Getting charged $200/hr to talk to a good lawyer isn’t that cheap.

A solution for the average person is having some type of LEGAL INSURANCE. Yes, there are actual legal plans out there that are very affordable and can help you not only as an entrepreneur but also as a regular civilian.

The plan that I have covers a wide variety of areas from getting LEGAL ADVICE on any subject matter to being a assigned a lawyer that specialize in TAX LAW if I were to get audited for as low as $16 dollars a month. Now if you’ve been doing network/internet marketing for a while, you know the importance of having a great SYSTEM.

SYSTEMS

If you haven’t been doing network/internet marketing for a while or you’re looking to get into the industry, the importance of having a system is vital to your success.

Why?

Well let me ask you this. If one of your organs were to fail, would you really feel the after effects? More than likely and it wouldn’t be too fun.

This is why it’s important to have a great system that works in unison with each other. If you were to have a traditional business, you want to make sure that your accounting department, marketing department, legal department, and management are all inline with each other. If not, then there can be some chaos.

In the network/internet marketing arena, you want to make sure that you have an easy to follow system for all the people that you sponsor into the business.

Those that are looking to change their life and never owned a business, need some type of blueprint, or guideline to follow in order for them to stay on the road to success.

But in order for your systems to work whether it be a traditional business or a network marketing home business there must be an open line of COMMUNICATION which is the 7th integrity of the B-I Triangle and will be discussed on the next blog post.
